The second of twelve recordings available exclusively to those who have purchased a physical or digital subscription to The Persistence Recordings program for 2017.

Having fallen into a depressive and creative slump for the past few weeks, this delayed recording has finally been completed. I felt it unfair to use material newly recorded in March for the February release, so I opted to repurpose the MIDI data from the only recording I completed in February, "Time & Sorrow" by Sleepyhead & Little Bird. Manipulating the data in a number of different ways, I created "A Sadness That Would Not Die," the title itself from the same Yeats poem that inspired the titles of this recording's source material.
